  • Original Artwork: Typically processed and shipped within 7 business days.

  • Prints and Other Merchandise: Typically processed and shipped within 7 business days, depending on availability and production time.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the size, weight, destination, and value of the artwork. These costs will be displayed during checkout and added to your order total.

Free Shipping:

3. Shipping Methods

We partner with reliable shipping carriers to ensure that your artwork is delivered safely. Depending on the size and value of the artwork, we may use one of the following shipping methods:

  • Freight Shipping: Large or valuable artworks are shipped via specialized art shipping or freight carriers to ensure safe handling and delivery.

Expedited shipping options may be available upon request for an additional fee.

4. Packaging

All artwork is carefully packaged to protect it during transit. We use the highest quality materials, including custom art crates for larger or fragile pieces, to ensure the artwork arrives in perfect condition.

5. International Shipping

Gallery 8 ships worldwide. Please note the following for international orders:

  • Customs and Duties: International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges based on your country’s regulations. These additional charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees. Please check with your local customs office for more information.

  • Delivery Times: International delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs clearance. Gallery 8 is not responsible for delays due to customs processing.

8. Artwork Insurance (OPTIONAL)

. In the unlikely event that your artwork is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately so that we can file an insurance claim and arrange for a replacement or refund.

Damaged Goods:

  • If your artwork arrives damaged, please notify us within 5 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damage to expedite the claims process.

  • Please retain all original packaging materials for inspection by the carrier or insurance provider.

9. Unsuccessful Delivery

If the carrier is unable to deliver the artwork due to an incorrect address provided by the buyer or if the package is refused or unclaimed, the buyer will be responsible for any additional shipping costs to re-ship the package.

10. Returns and Refunds
